The CODELOCK CL100 series of standard duty mechanical pushbutton locks are the simplest, lowest cost, best quality mechanical locks you can buy. Many Codes to choose from . . . 

Each CODELOCK code chamber consists of from 11 to 13 keys from which the code is selected, and a 'C' button which is used to re-set the chamber after an incorrect entry, and which must always be used as the first digit of a code. Keys may only be used ONCE in a code. For example, 1212 is not possible. A CODELOCK code, or combination, can be entered in any order or sequence; e.g. 1234 can be 4321 or 1342 or whatever sequence is most convenient to remember. With 13 buttons, a total of 8,191 different codes * are available, any of which can be entered in any sequence.

On the CODELOCKS Model CL100, CL200, CL300 Series, most people will set a code in the range of 4 to 7 digits (total number of codes in this range is 5434). The lock is factory set with a randomly selected 6 digit code starting with the 'C' button. The code is not recorded by the factory. The code can be changed as often as required to any other 6 digit code. Every new code must start with the C button. Using the spare tumblers, one red and one blue, the code length can be changed to 5 or 7 digits. Shorter codes are not recommended.

200 Surface Deadbolt

Bolt slides on inside surface to lock or unlock. Bolt is moved manually by means of the outside knob after code input and freely by the inside knob at all times. A mortise keeper plate is provided. Hook bolt is an option for use on sliding doors.

210 Mortice Deadbolt

Lock size is the same as the CL250 diagram. Deadbolt extends 1” beyond door edge when locked by inside thumb turn.

250 Mortice Latch

Latch is spring loaded and will lock automatically when the door is closed. The latch bolt has a deadlocking plunger feature to prevent shimming of the latch.

255 Mortice Latch with Hold Open

Functionally the same as the 250 with the addition of a slide button which can be used to hold open the latchbolt when the lock is not required to be operational.

290 Mortice Latch Back to Back

The CL290 Mortise Latch comes with two code plates, installed Back to Back, to provide coded access in both directions.. Great for exterior gates or other special applications where building codes allow locked exit.

CL310 Tubular Deadbolt
Use the CL310 as a primary lock on duct doors, store rooms, office doors, or as an auxiliary deadbolt lock on the front, side, garage, or rear door of a residence. Includes a dual backset deadbolt with hardened roll-pin for both 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" backsets. Includes metallic cover plates required when replacing an existing cylindrical knobset lock (covers 2 1/8" hole).

CL350 Tubular Deadlatch
The CL350 includes a dual backset deadlatch that always locks when the door is closed. Convenient vertical lever handle on the back-plate. Includes a dual backset latch bolt for both 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" backsets. Includes metallic cover plates required when replacing an existing cylindrical knobset lock (covers 2 1/8" hole).

KEY Bypass
Any of the above locks can be supplied with a key bypass option. This allows the code to be bypassed and the lock opened with a key (includes 2 keys with Schlage C keyway). Order Models: CL300K, CL310K, CL350K.

TheCODELOCK CL400 series is a medium duty mechanical combination lock with full size lever handles. The lever handles allow it to be used where the knob operated push button lock is unsuitable.

The functions available allow for control of the door in various ways for office, educational, local authority or other medium duty commercial and residential applications

CL410/CL415 Including Mortise Latchbolt

The outside lever handle will retract the latch when the correct code is entered.

The CL410/CL415 is supplied complete with a tubular spring loaded latchbolt which will lock automatically when the door is closed. The CL415 includes the code-free passage mode button option.

Key retracts latchbolt for entry without using a code. Key controls deadbolt position. When deadbolt is projected it denies access by code. When deadbolt is projected the safety feature allows the inside lever handle to retract the deadbolt and the latchbolt, preventing people being accidentally locked in.

The 425 features a Code Free Access function on the keypad. In code free mode the outside lever will retract the latchbolt without using a code.

The NewCODELOCK CL460 narrow stile lock is a medium duty mechanical codelock suitable for on narrow stile aluminum doors such as store fronts. The lock is ideal for new or retrofit applications.

Designed to be installed with Adams Rite latchbolts (deadbolt version pending) or similar style mortise locks.
